Genuine Decommissioned Japanese Vehicle Number Plate Set (Tama 400 No 1241)
Genuine Decommissioned Japanese Vehicle Number Plate Set (Tama 400 No 1241)
A front & rear set of genuine decommissioned vehicle number plates used in Japan.
Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport & Tourism (国土交通省 Kokudo Koutsuu Shou) in Japan allows the decommissioning of car number plates since 2017. To comply with decommissioning rules, a 40mm hole must be drilled into the top left of the plate to "destroy" it (make it easily identified as decommissioned so it cannot be used on vehicles in Japan).
These plates are 100% genuine and have been used on vehicles in Japan. As such they may have slight dents, marks, scratches and dirt. Please check the photos of the products carefully before purchasing. The color of the numbers and characters is dark green. Please be aware of this when looking at the photos.
