Released in 2006. 
This scale model has never been removed from the clear case. As such there is some dust inside the case which has accumulated over 18 years of storage by the previous collector. This item itself could be considered "new old stock", however the clear case has some small scratches on the surface. Please see the photos for more details. The box is in good condition for its age.
