The boxwood pins are saturated with 100% natural camellia oil. It makes hair shiny and moisturized every time you use it. There are three different designs on the back side of the brush, Cat (Neko), Camellia (Tsubaki) and Rabbit (Usagi). Three replacement pins are included.
*Note: There is a hole in the center of the brush surface, but this is an air hole and is not a defect.
